Our Story
We are a family-run producer of certified organic Russian garlic and small-batch honey, grown with care on the banks of the Macleay River at Sherwood.
After many years in the western division of NSW and QLD, we chose the Macleay Valley to raise our family and establish our farm. Often described as Australia’s closest climate to the Mediterranean, the valley’s warm days, cool nights and fertile soils provide exceptional conditions for growing premium produce — particularly garlic.
Our Russian garlic is grown organically and harvested with precision, allowing the variety’s natural strength, depth and complexity to fully develop. It is a crop that rewards patience and attention to detail, and we treat it accordingly. Our honey is produced in small batches, shaped by the seasonal forage of the surrounding landscape and handled with the same respect for quality.
We deliberately remain small. Every decision — from soil health to harvest — is made with a focus on excellence rather than scale. The result is produce that reflects its place, its season, and the care behind it.
