Riverglen Farm ships orders within Australia only.
All orders are dispatched from:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size and weight of your order. We use reputable shipping providers to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Local Pickup

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, change of mind returns are not accepted.
As a food producer, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or are perishable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
